Warehouse Associate

Location: On-site in Breda, Netherlands. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: €30,000–€40,000 per year, inclusive of the applicable Dutch statutory holiday allowance. The range represents on-target earnings.

What you will do

• Receive, verify, store, pick, pack, and dispatch products, systems, parts, and customer orders.
• Prepare production and direct-customer orders, including pallet wrapping, strapping, and quality checks.
• Create shipping documents such as waybills and bills of lading for domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation for international orders.
• Process returns, inventory transfers, stock takes, cycle counts, damages, and discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks when trained and authorised, following Dutch health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the Netherlands is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required for communication and operational documentation.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, basic numeracy, and the ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Flexibility, reliability, punctual attendance, teamwork, and the ability to meet productivity standards.
• Ability to perform standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and manual handling tasks within safe-working limits.
• Warehouse or similar experience and basic shipping or administrative documentation experience are desirable.

Nice to have

• Reach truck training or certification.
• At least two years of forklift operating experience.
• One to two years of warehouse experience.
