Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Breda, Netherlands; full-time onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm

Salary: €40,000–€60,000 per year, inclusive of the applicable Dutch statutory holiday allowance; compensation is stated as OTE.

What you will do

• Lead and support warehouse staff while participating in picking, packing, stock control, and other hands-on operations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with Dutch customs and international trade regulations.
• Monitor schedules, resources, workflows, inventory records, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors on operational issues, development, and rate negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Promote safe working practices, report incidents and hazards, and coach team members.

Requirements

• Legally entitled to work in the Netherlands; employer-sponsored work authorization is not available.
• Excellent spoken and written English for regular communication with colleagues and stakeholders in the UK and US.
• Experience or ability to lead by example while performing operational warehouse tasks.
• Knowledge of applicable Dutch occupational health and safety requirements and customs regulations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid reach truck or forklift certification, or the ability to obtain the required certification.
