Global Study Manager (Clinical Trials)

Location: Remote in EMEA, with listed locations in Sofia, Budapest, Bucharest, Reading, and Belfast

What you will do

• Design and implement clinical trial protocols and enrollment strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of global clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to identify trends and improve study outcomes.
• Address operational challenges and implement solutions to support successful trial execution.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective trial processes and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in global clinical trial management.
• Expertise in designing and executing clinical trials and understanding regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.
