Project Manager (Finance Transformation)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Company

hirify.global's Group Finance function includes a Transformation & Finance Excellence tribe responsible for the Finance operating model and strategic transformation across processes, systems, organization, KPIs, services, and governance.

What you will do

• Support the delivery plan for Finance transformation initiatives and contribute to Finance best-practice implementation.
• Track the transformation roadmap, budgets, KPIs, dependencies, risks, issues, and internal and external resources.
• Coordinate status reporting for Finance leadership and stakeholders, as well as governance forums and project meetings.
• Support change management through stakeholder impact assessments, adoption planning, and communications.
• Provide project management tools, templates, guidance, planning, data analysis, and delivery support.
• Support business cases, cost tracking, and post-project reviews while working with the team lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project management principles and methodologies.
• Good understanding of Finance processes and business environments.
• Experience supporting change management and communications in transformation or project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken; experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.

Nice to have

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Project management certification or willingness to obtain one.
