SAP CS Consultant Project Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Porto, Portugal; flexible hybrid working model. International travel of up to 10% is required.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate SAP and IT projects across the hirify.global Group, managing scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Consult internal customers, facilitate workshops, conduct requirements engineering, and lead cross-functional solution design sessions.
• Analyze business processes and design integrated end-to-end solution architectures across SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Oversee SAP customization, configuration, implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and continuous optimization.
• Optimize Order-to-Cash and Service processes, including pricing, billing, returns, and logistics integration.
• Support SAP platform standardization, scalable global templates, system reliability, and structured issue management.

Requirements

• Professional experience in SAP consulting or IT project delivery.
• Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA and at least one module such as SAP CS, SD, or TM.
• Experience with architectural responsibility, functional workstream leadership, and international cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP customization, configuration, complex business process integration, and end-to-end processes involving Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Fluent English is required; German is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP BTP, Fiori, APIs, or EDI integrations.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups and resolving conflicts in international environments.
