Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Gdańsk or Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with three days per week at the client's office

Rate: up to 120 PLN/hour

What you will do

• Coordinate technology projects from planning through closure.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and budgets.
• Facilitate governance activities and approval processes in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to support predictable execution.
• Lead change management and promote a strong delivery culture while following technology change processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technology projects.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with financial and resource management and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Native Polish and fluent English required.
• Availability for hybrid work with three office days per week in Gdańsk or Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience with banking or financial services projects.
• Understanding of information security risks in financial organizations.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, vulnerability identification, and remediation.
• Project management certifications.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.
