Operations Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Source, negotiate, and manage high-value target venues and local agencies overseas to secure physical world data.
• Design and optimize inbound lead generation funnels and lead-capture systems.
• Evaluate real-world environments for embodied AI training and manage the deployment of multi-modal data collection hardware.
• Establish end-to-end local data pipelines, including vendor training, SLA enforcement, and KPI tracking.
• Implement rigorous verification systems to prevent data fabrication and ensure high-fidelity datasets.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in international growth, field operations, or ground execution for tech platforms or hardware-enabled startups.
• Proven track record of sourcing and managing overseas agencies, vendor networks, and B2B channel partners.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Understanding of Embodied AI and machine learning data fundamentals, such as teleoperation and egocentric vision.
• Ability to travel frequently and execute in high-friction, unstructured environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel management, SQL, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency or fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other target-market languages.
