Manager, Automation OT Delivery

Location: Remote in the United States; travel of approximately 25% is required and may increase over time.

What you will do

• Manage the design coordination, deployment support, daily operations, and ongoing support of OT systems across data center sites.
• Oversee BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLC-based controls, industrial networks, monitoring, alarms, incident response, and uptime reporting.
• Coordinate system upgrades, commissioning, testing, acceptance, retrofits, and new data center build projects.
• Lead OT engineers, technicians, and contractors through prioritization, mentoring, staffing, and performance management.
• Coordinate vendors, service delivery, escalations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and technical documentation.
• Support OT standardization, cybersecurity, compliance, governance, and adoption of AI/ML, IoT, and digital twin technologies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in OT/ICS, automation, or controls; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, utilities, or large-scale industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial networking protocols.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and IEC 62443.
• Leadership, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and team coordination skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, industrial automation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
