Delivery Operations Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid model with regular time in the Shoreditch office and work-from-home days.

What you will do

• Synthesize staffing needs from Account Leads, Tech Leads, Commercial, and Talent into decision-ready requirements, options, and actions.
• Maintain accurate resource-planning data, including allocations, project ownership, dates, and allocation types.
• Monitor bench levels, utilization, surge capacity, project balance, demand feasibility, skills gaps, and upcoming transitions.
• Investigate staffing exceptions and provide recommendations, trade-offs, prioritization views, and staffing scenarios.
• Coordinate Delivery onboarding for new company joiners and employees moving onto projects.
• Improve and automate workflows from onboarding through allocation, rotation, and transition.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in strategic operations, resource management, staffing, workforce planning, or a closely related field.
• Experience working with CRM or staffing/ERP systems, spreadsheets, BI tools, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, diplomacy, and communication skills across teams with competing priorities.
• Ability to turn incomplete or conflicting information into clear choices, trade-offs, recommendations, and actions.
• Precise and meticulous approach to maintaining systems, data, and operational information.
• Experience improving processes and using data to influence decision-making in a product-and-services, consulting, or professional-services environment.
