Shopper Marketing Account Executive (FMCG): Managing integrated shopper marketing projects and client relationships for leading consumer goods brands with an accent on customer engagement, retail channels, and cross-functional delivery. Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid or on-site working model; teams work in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do
- Manage client relationships from briefing through project delivery, understanding needs and developing action plans.
- Lead integrated proposals and collaborate with strategy, creative, production, and other business units.
- Oversee project financials and prepare monthly reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure efficient resource use across projects.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate shopper marketing activations for FMCG brands.
- Track trends in design, shopper marketing, technology, and emerging tools to bring innovative ideas into campaigns.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive in the FMCG marketing industry.
- Experience working with consumer goods brands, bottlers, distributors, and retail channels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent or near-native English.
