Account Executive (Recruitment Marketing)

Location: Hybrid, with required office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the HQ in Oak Park, Illinois, United States

Salary: $52,000–$55,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage daily client service, communications, approvals, orders, billing, reporting, and deliverables.
• Build relationships with clients, internal departments, media partners, and vendors.
• Prepare proposals, media recommendations, campaign plans, presentations, and pricing options.
• Scope and close projects, develop client-specific strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate creative assets, media agreements, vendor activity, and campaign execution.
• Maintain project logs and manage multiple clients and timelines to ensure accurate delivery.

Requirements

• BA degree and ideally 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to meet hybrid work requirements, including office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Oak Park, Illinois.
• Background in advertising, marketing, or HR/talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, client-interaction, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.
• Knowledge of talent-industry marketing and advertising trends, plus research and campaign-planning experience.
• Proficiency with FileMaker, Microsoft Office, Excel, LinkedIn, and related digital tools.
