Senior Staff Program Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Set up business plans and manage program budgets, requirements, timelines, and KPIs.
• Own delivery accountability for complex automotive IC design projects.
• Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, reporting, risk analysis, and mitigation options.
• Lead program status meetings and provide updates to internal teams, customers, and management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, silicon and software design, IP procurement, quality, product engineering, test engineering, and planning.
• Manage technical, commercial, customer, and external partner relationships across multiple locations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience managing large, multidisciplinary global delivery teams.
• At least 7 years of successful program management experience for complex automotive IC design projects, including multiple projects in parallel.
• Significant semiconductor or engineering experience, including IC physical design, automotive IC requirements, embedded software design, fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Experience working with satellite teams in different countries, third parties, and external contract resource companies.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer, stakeholder, commercial, and influencing skills, including previous P&L responsibility.
• English is essential. A degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a similar field is desired.

Nice to have

• PMI or PRINCE2 certification.
• Dutch and/or German language skills.
• Experience achieving design-in with Tier 1 wireless connectivity customers.
• Previous key account management or sales experience.
