What you will do

• Provide configuration and data management support across ESA programmes and projects.
• Maintain project documentation, baselines, configuration items, and records.
• Support change control processes, reviews, and Configuration Control Boards.
• Manage project information and documentation in approved tools and systems.
• Coordinate configuration and documentation management activities with project stakeholders.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement of CADM tools, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in configuration, data, documentation, or related management.
• Familiarity with configuration control, document management, and information management processes.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong customer-focused communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international, multicultural environment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
