Cyber Transformation (Cybersecurity)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the office or on client site, with some assignments requiring up to five days per week on a client site.

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to shape cybersecurity and digital trust strategies.
• Lead or contribute to technical programs and cybersecurity initiatives from initial scope through execution.
• Guide transitions to new business models and help resolve cybersecurity issues.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across consumer, manufacturing, and industrial clients.
• Develop proposals, cultivate client opportunities, and support business development.
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams while contributing to internal projects and team growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital trust and cybersecurity consulting.
• Significant IT or technical program delivery experience in consumer, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity across people, processes, and technology, connected to business goals and organisational culture.
• Proven project and team management experience, from initial scope through delivery.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, nurturing client relationships, and delivering outcomes across business units.
• Cybersecurity accreditations or qualifications and up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and challenges.

Hiring process

• Initial call with a technology recruiter.
• Two 60-minute competency or technical interviews, covering both formats.
• Final 60-minute meeting with a PA leader, including a mini case study and client-centricity discussion.
