Technical Operator (Advanced Packaging)

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; onsite in a clean room and high-tech production environment

Salary: €3,000–€3,700 gross per month

What you will do

• Assemble advanced technical products using very small and delicate electronic components.
• Position components precisely and follow detailed assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Use precision tools and prepare products and components for automated soldering.
• Monitor the automated soldering process and identify potential irregularities.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on assembled products.
• Follow clean room, safety, and quality standards while contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent manual dexterity and a strong eye for detail.
• Experience working with small and delicate electronic components.
• Experience in precision electronic assembly or comparable technical work.
• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions accurately.
• Structured, quality-oriented, patient, and concentrated approach to repetitive precision work.
• Technical mindset and ability to identify irregularities during assembly.
