Salary: UK £168,000–£252,000; Spain €154,000–€185,000; UAE 684,400–1,026,600 AED

What you will do

• Lead research and design across consumer and B2B products, including acquisition, conversion, customer experience, retention, core systems, reseller experience, and partner onboarding.
• Define and execute the product design strategy, including decisions on priorities, product direction, and quality standards.
• Lead the design guild and research function, using research to shape strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Own how the hirify.global brand appears in the product, including the design system, typography, color, motion, haptics, photography, and product language.
• Build scalable quality practices covering accessibility, design systems, and collaboration between design and product management.
• Hire and develop the organization, including career frameworks for design and research.

Requirements

• Experience leading design for a business at significant scale and owning a complete product, with strong consumer product experience.
• Experience leading or working closely with research and using it as a strategic input beyond validation.
• Experience creating and gaining adoption for a design strategy.
• Ability to stay close to the work, make high-quality design judgments, and connect design decisions to commercial outcomes.
• Experience developing designers into leads and managers.
• English is the main working language and requires comfortable communication in meetings and asynchronously.

• Experience running a business or professional product alongside a consumer product.
• Experience building and maintaining a design system at scale.
