Salary: €2,750–€3,500 per month, based on location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.

What you will do

  • Coordinate daily logistics and order fulfillment activities.
  • Monitor shipments and resolve delivery and service issues.
  • Manage customer complaints and service exceptions.
  • Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with customers, warehouse teams, transportation providers, business units, and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, operations, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in customer logistics, order management, distribution, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice to have

  • SAP or other ERP experience.
