TL;DR
German-speaking Order Fulfilment Specialist (Supply Chain): Managing end-to-end customer orders, after-sales activities, and returns for retail partners across the DACH region with an accent on fulfilment performance, reverse logistics, and supply chain coordination. Focus on solving delivery deviations, analyzing OTIF and customer performance data, identifying cost savings, and implementing digital process improvements.
Location: Warsaw area, Poland; office attendance at Grzybowska street is expected 2–3 days per week

What you will do
- Manage customer orders end to end, including after-sales activities and returns management.
- Coordinate with Order Management, Warehouse & Distribution, Sales, and Demand Planning & Inventory Management teams.
- Work with logistics service providers and shipping partners to resolve delivery challenges and implement optimization projects.
- Monitor OTIF and customer-specific performance KPIs to improve delivery accuracy and speed.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement digital and automated process improvements.
- Use data-driven actions to resolve deviations, delays, and process errors.
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 2 years of operational experience in Retail or E-Commerce.
- Knowledge of order fulfilment, returns processes, and the end-to-end supply chain.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer-service, and independent working skills.
- Fluent Polish and English; German is desired.
