Supply Chain Specialist, EMEA (Medical Devices): Managing and optimizing EMEA supply chain operations for medical device products with an accent on inventory accuracy, demand planning, logistics execution, and SAP-based operations. Focus on coordinating regional and global supply teams, resolving supply constraints and backorders, and improving third-party logistics performance.
Location: Remote within the Netherlands, with occasional on-site support at a third-party logistics partner in Nijmegen (Wijchen) and up to 10% business travel.

What you will do
- Coordinate inbound supply, supply constraints, and allocation activities between EMEA operations and global supply chain teams.
- Manage purchasing, inventory replenishment, demand planning, and SAP material master maintenance.
- Monitor inventory performance, resolve backorders, lead cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers and monitor shipment fulfillment.
- Drive continuous improvement across logistics operations and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Quality, Customer Support, and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, purchasing, demand planning, or related operations.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with supply chain reporting and analysis.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics providers, or cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational business environment.
- Ability to work remotely from the Netherlands and provide occasional on-site support in Nijmegen (Wijchen).
Nice to have
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
- Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, or third-party logistics management.
