Supply Chain Specialist, EMEA (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote within the Netherlands, with occasional on-site support at a third-party logistics partner in Nijmegen (Wijchen) and up to 10% business travel.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound supply, supply constraints, and allocation activities between EMEA operations and global supply chain teams.
• Manage purchasing, inventory replenishment, demand planning, and SAP material master maintenance.
• Monitor inventory performance, resolve backorders, lead cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers and monitor shipment fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics operations and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Quality, Customer Support, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, purchasing, demand planning, or related operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with supply chain reporting and analysis.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics providers, or cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational business environment.
• Ability to work remotely from the Netherlands and provide occasional on-site support in Nijmegen (Wijchen).

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, or third-party logistics management.
