Director of Product & Strategy, CXM Flex (AI)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid work model with office and remote setup

Compensation: CAD 221,600–332,400

What you will do

• Own the product vision, multi-year strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the on-premise, self-hosted, and managed service Inspire portfolio.
• Lead a focused Product Management team and coordinate with R&D, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and strategic customers.
• Balance install-base sustainability, platform modernization, and migration paths from CXM Flex to CXM SaaS.
• Translate enterprise requirements around security, data sovereignty, regulatory residency, air-gapped environments, and compliance into product capabilities.
• Drive containerization, modern APIs, identity and SSO modernization, observability, hybrid deployment models, and AI integration.
• Own product P&L and support renewal, expansion, competitive positioning, analyst relations, and M&A evaluations.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS, including at least 7 years leading product managers.
• Deep expertise in CCM, CXM, enterprise content, document composition, or related regulated-communications domains.
• Experience managing mature on-premise or self-hosted enterprise platforms, including versioning, deprecation, backward compatibility, and long-term support.
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise architecture, APIs, identity, deployment topologies, security, and compliance.
• Experience guiding customers and product lines through cloud migration without disrupting strategic accounts.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
