Delivery Analyst (GRC)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with onsite attendance at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Deliver customer-specific operational risk management solutions and requested services.
• Use product and domain expertise to resolve customer requests and support a strong customer experience.
• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers, senior managers, managers, implementation teams, and customer success teams.
• Route new service requests to the appropriate teams and provide technical guidance on product usage.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for customer-specific requests.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, internal consulting, or external consulting role.
• Ability to discuss solutions with customer personnel and resolve compliance, vendor management, information security, or risk management requirements.
• Strong interest in compliance, vendor management, information security, or risk management.
• Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines and respond quickly in a changing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• An undergraduate degree in a relevant field is advantageous.

• Experience with GRC or analytics tools.
• Experience with platform-based products or solutions.
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
