What you will do

• Apply problem-solving frameworks to develop solutions for client business challenges.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Microsoft Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions and own assigned project deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in or eligible to work in Germany; candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the country of employment.
• About to enter the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline, with strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Self-discipline, adaptability, initiative, empathy, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client-facing projects.
