End-to-End Supply Chain Director, Insecticides

Location: Switzerland, based at either the Schaffhausen or Geneva site

What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy from demand planning through sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Lead demand and supply planning to maintain customer service, capacity, and supply continuity.
• Optimize inventory, working capital, manufacturing networks, asset utilization, logistics, and distribution.
• Establish supply chain governance, performance metrics, and accountability across the organization.
• Lead digital transformation, advanced planning, process standardization, risk management, and scenario planning initiatives.
• Manage supply chain contribution to profitability, cost performance, and working capital while influencing cross-functional decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning within a regulated environment, preferably in chemical manufacturing, agrochemicals, or crop protection.
• Leadership experience managing an end-to-end supply chain in a global, matrix organization.
• Experience leading large-scale network design and supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with direct impact on P&L and working capital, plus advanced analytical and scenario-modeling capabilities.
• Strong executive presence and experience working with complex regulatory and compliance environments.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
