Sales Solutions Specialist-Senior (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Singapore

What you will do

• Assess customer transportation, logistics, and supply chain requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions using internal capabilities and complementary external options.
• Lead solution planning and implementation while managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate budgets, technology, and internal and external resources to deliver scalable and profitable solutions.
• Advise customers on transportation, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on customer proposals, presentations, and ROI-focused business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, consulting, engineering, or solution development.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automotive, industrial, aerospace, freight forwarding, or related industry sectors.
• Knowledge of data analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua. Willingness to travel as required.
