TL;DR

Clearance Broker-Associate (ID) (Customs Clearance): Completing customs clearance and brokerage processes accurately and on time in compliance with internal and external standards. Focus on identifying anomalies, resolving procedural issues, and escalating complex cases to senior team members.

Location: Onsite in Bedrijvenzone Machelen Cargo, Machelen, Belgium

What you will do

Complete defined customs clearance, brokerage, storage, and related operational processes by deadline.
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Identify anomalies and resolve them using established rules and procedures.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.

Requirements

Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Microsoft Office and PC skills.
Planning and organizing skills.
Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work onsite in Machelen, Belgium.
