Facilies Engineer (entry level) - Pili CamSur

What you will do

• Manage daily facilities operations, leasehold improvements, equipment upkeep, inspections, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain office equipment, workspaces, utilities, asset maintenance contracts, and facility documentation.
• Handle facility-related service tickets, monitor queues and SLAs, and coordinate approvals and updates.
• Support site build-outs, renovations, rehabilitation projects, seat planning, and workspace readiness.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, building administration, lessors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Support health and safety standards and maintain compliance across the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer required.
• Must be willing to report on-site at hirify.global Pili CamSur in Pili, Camarines Sur.
• Knowledge of civil and structural building construction, interior and exterior works, and electrical and mechanical plan design and computation.
• Hands-on knowledge of generator sets, UPS systems, critical facility equipment, utilities monitoring, and maintenance operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, documentation, customer service, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
