TL;DR

Property Engineer (Mabalacat, Pampanga) (Facilities Maintenance): Maintaining and repairing building systems, industrial equipment, vehicles, and grounds with an accent on preventive maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and energy efficiency. Focus on inspecting complex building operations, coordinating contractors, responding to emergencies, and completing repairs across multiple trades.

Location: Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines; onsite assignment

What you will do

Perform preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and emergency maintenance for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
Monitor building system operations and inspect fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and other equipment.
Oversee external contractors handling landscaping, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and related work.
Estimate materials and labor, order supplies, review work orders, and maintain repair records.
Operate energy management measures and complete trade tasks including carpentry, welding, furniture assembly, painting, roofing, and locksmith work.

Requirements

Registered Electrical Engineer certification is required.
At least 2–3 years of experience as a Property Engineer or Facilities Engineer.
Willingness to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines.
Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
