Product Supply Manager - Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Cabuyao, Laguna, Philippines; onsite

What you will do

• Develop mastery of loss elimination processes and drive sustainable manufacturing results.
• Establish methods for solving technical problems and analyze performance losses related to equipment, skills, and organization.
• Systematize maintenance tools and implement production management tools.
• Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies through key improvement projects.
• Support the delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
• Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites while creating learning programs and improving production standards.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, collaboration, ownership, and operational discipline.

Nice to have

• Background in manufacturing and production systems.
