Onsite Warehouse Support Specialist

Location: Onsite at 250 E Old Chicago Dr, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440, United States. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday; hours may change due to travel.

Salary: $50,000 base annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Run daily cycle counts and inventory control processes according to standard operating procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform physical location checks, and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root causes of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Perform merchant-requested audits and resolve inventory-related tickets within a 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate operational updates and concerns to onsite and area operations leaders.
• Present weekly performance reports and follow food safety, product integrity, traceability, and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management system software.
• Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, reading comprehension, time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and push or pull throughout an 8–10-hour shift or longer as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Nice to have

• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors.
