hirify.global provides custom-engineered industrial refrigeration and process cooling systems using natural refrigerants such as ammonia and CO₂. The company handles engineering, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, service, and aftermarket support in-house.

What you will do

• Manage procurement activities in Epicor ERP, including vendor quotations, purchase orders, shipment tracking, receiving updates, and documentation.
• Source materials for project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with national and local suppliers.
• Coordinate material deliveries with project schedules and field operations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, shop personnel, construction leaders, and field teams.
• Manage vendor returns, credits, invoicing coordination, and related purchasing projects.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing, production, or construction.
• Strong negotiation, communication, commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management principles, including supplier performance measurement and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and build effective relationships across vendors and internal project teams.

• Experience with Epicor ERP.
