What you will do

• Manage procurement activities in Epicor ERP, including vendor quotations, purchase orders, shipment tracking, receiving updates, and documentation.
• Source materials for project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with national and local suppliers.
• Coordinate material deliveries with project schedules and collaborate with project managers, engineers, shop personnel, and field teams.
• Manage vendor returns and credits, including coordination with invoicing and shop or field employees.
• Support additional purchasing projects assigned by the Purchasing Manager.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing, production, or construction; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Strong negotiation, communication, commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management principles, including supplier performance measurement and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Epicor ERP experience is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and build effective relationships across project and supplier teams.
