Mgr, Supply Chain Data Products and Analytics

Salary: $112,200–$159,400 per year

What you will do

• Own the supply chain data product catalog, including prioritization, development, versioning, quality standards, and retirement.
• Lead analytical products such as inventory productivity and Economic Return on Inventory models, workforce capacity models, demand signals, and operational scorecards.
• Own the supply chain analytical data layer and ensure production reports and data products are mapped to post-conversion data sources.
• Develop governed automation and AI-assisted analytics with human-approved controls and maintain a value ledger for savings and productivity gains.
• Deliver executive decision support for leadership scorecards, operating reviews, blocked invoice monitoring, and CFO-level financial models.
• Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of 4–5 professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, information systems, or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or supply chain decision support, including two or more years leading people or cross-functional delivery.
• Experience delivering analytical products on Databricks, Snowflake, or an equivalent modern cloud data platform.
• Fluency in SQL and working knowledge of data modeling.
• Experience supporting enterprise resource planning data environments; SAP ECC or S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in utility, energy, or asset-intensive supply chain operations.
• Experience with data product management, semantic layer design, or federated operating models.
• Experience deploying RPA, LLM-based tools, or AI-assisted workflow automation under enterprise governance.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including workspace administration and deployment pipelines.
