Salary: $78,600–$102,200 annually

Large baking manufacturer with more than 20,000 associates producing and distributing branded bakery products across the United States.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end inventory control, including receiving, shipping, repacking, kitting, cycle counting, adjustments, and OS&D processes.
  • Reconcile internal inventory records with third-party logistics warehouse records and resolve operational discrepancies.
  • Manage inbound purchase orders, shipment confirmations, Oracle transactions, and inventory reconciliation between 3PL systems and Oracle.
  • Monitor inventory performance, identify root causes of warehouse errors, and lead corrective and continuous improvement plans.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports, Power BI dashboards, and data-driven insights for cross-functional decision-making.
  • Manage three-way invoice match exceptions and support quality, food safety, traceability, and customer-service activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Working knowledge of consumer-packaged goods, food manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Ideal candidates should live in the Chicagoland area.
