Associate Manager Professional Services (Healthcare IT)

Location: Remote within the United States; primarily aligned with Eastern Standard Time business hours. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Implementation Consultants from Associate through Architect level.
• Allocate team resources across accounts and implementation projects.
• Provide daily guidance and act as an escalation point for client and project issues.
• Monitor billable targets, NPS goals, timesheets, expenses, and overall team performance.
• Develop implementation best practices, documentation, and education programs.
• Anticipate staffing needs and support hiring activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, project delivery, and implementation lifecycles.
• Required experience in the Healthcare IT industry, including knowledge of hospital environments and workflows.
• Experience with the Sunrise product is required.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Previous people management experience is beneficial but not required.
• Preferred education includes a bachelor's degree in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or a STEM-related field.
