What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants to foster professional growth.
• Manage resource allocation and assign consultants to projects to ensure optimal coverage.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and act as an escalation point for client or project issues.
• Oversee team performance metrics, including billable targets and Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
• Develop and implement best practices to drive consistency and efficiency in solution implementation.
• Anticipate future resource requirements and assist with the hiring process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a professional services environment with a focus on project delivery.
• Required experience within the Healthcare IT industry, including understanding of hospital environments.
• Must have experience with the Sunrise product.
• Demonstrated passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Must be based in the United States and available to work during EST business hours.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
