Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid work arrangement with remote and in-office options.

Salary: $73,789–$127,901 per year, plus variable pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions focused on intelligent decisioning, automation, and optimization.
• Translate client needs into production-ready AI solutions using LLMs, AI workflows, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Design and deliver scalable Bureau Composer implementations, including real-time decisioning workflows and custom solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and AI solution workshops for executive and technical audiences.
• Guide production deployment, integration, troubleshooting, security, compliance, and data governance activities.
• Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and build reusable AI solution patterns and accelerators.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or client-facing Systems Architecture.
• Practical experience applying LLMs or machine learning to production workflows, automation, decisioning, analytics, or enterprise systems.
• Experience designing API-first, microservices-based, real-time, event-driven, and distributed architectures.
• Experience with AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and S3; experience with Azure or GCP is also relevant.
• Knowledge of Python or SQL, data pipelines, ETL, data integration, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience in credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics, plus knowledge of security, IAM, data protection, and compliance frameworks including FCRA and FACTA.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with credit attributes, tradelines, scores, underwriting, originations, line management, or model-driven decisioning.
• Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements.
