Business Development Manager DACH (Flexible Packaging)

Location: Wangen, Pirk, or another German operating location; fully remote work from Germany is also possible

What you will do

• Maintain, develop, and expand market presence in flexible packaging, especially confectionery and dairy films.
• Identify market opportunities, initiate projects, and lead sales efforts through successful deal closure.
• Build and manage sustainable relationships with selected customers and key personnel at production plants.
• Develop new materials and specifications with the Product Management team.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, product portfolio requirements, pricing, and competitor information.
• Track customer activities and information in the CRM system.

Requirements

• German and English at full professional proficiency.
• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the flexible packaging industry, including confectionery or dairy films, in an international environment.
• Proven success in developing new markets and a strong business development mindset.
• Experience preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• High results orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proactive approach.
