Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Wyong, NSW, Australia; onsite. Applicants must have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia or New Zealand.

What you will do

• Manage daily production-line operations to meet productivity targets and minimize downtime, waste, and rework.
• Investigate anomalies through root-cause and direct-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with quality specifications, GMP, legislative requirements, and site standards.
• Plan daily tasks before shift commencement and ensure efficient, timely start-up.
• Ensure batch sheets, filling sheets, cleaning records, timesheets, logs, and other production records are completed accurately.
• Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities while supporting employee engagement through regular communication.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of production experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• At least 3–5 years of experience leading teams of 10 or more operators.
• Experience using SAP systems.
• Knowledge of Australian and NSW workplace health and safety regulations.
• Analytical mindset with effective time-management and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
