Location: 90 Refinery Road, Corio, Australia. Onsite, field-based role at the Geelong Refinery. Applicants must hold full working rights for employment in Australia.

What you will do
- Lead maintenance execution across the refinery, improving schedule attainment, productivity and delivery consistency.
- Maintain a visible field presence and promote safety, operational discipline and compliance with permit-to-work requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSSE, contractors and supervisors to remove execution constraints.
- Manage contractor performance against KPIs, contractual obligations and service expectations, including invoice approval.
- Analyse maintenance and contractor performance data to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
- Lead initiatives that improve safety, efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality and execution accountability.
Requirements
- Significant maintenance or operational experience in heavy industry such as refining, oil and gas, petrochemical, mining or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success improving maintenance execution performance and productivity.
- Experience managing contractors and field-based workforces.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, execution and shutdown activities.
- Experience with performance measurement, audits and continuous improvement programs.
- Full working rights for employment in Australia are required.
