What you will do

• Manage and coordinate maintenance resources, personnel training, and supply support operations.
• Ensure training devices are maintained according to regulatory requirements and certifications.
• Lead a team of Simulator Technicians, including roster management and professional development.
• Drive maintenance efficiency and execute the Quality Management System.
• Provide inputs for budgeting and forecasting.
• Promote Environment, Health & Safety Management Systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management.
• Experience in a technician or maintenance-related role.
• Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Bankstown.
• Experience within aviation or defence industries.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with simulation devices or technology.
• Background in Technical Project Management or Project Engineering.
• Ability to support other sites such as Richmond, Nowra, or Williamtown.
