Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck (Oncology) (Pharmaceutical Sales/Oncology): Selling current and potential oncology therapeutics across assigned specialties and accounts in the Cleveland and Pittsburgh territory with an accent on clinical product knowledge, account strategy, and customer-specific sales planning. Focus on expanding hospital and large-account relationships, addressing reimbursement and access issues, and achieving sales objectives through compliant field engagement.

Location: Field-based role covering Cleveland, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Candidates must reside in the geography or be willing to relocate to it and must be able to travel, including overnight and weekend travel.

What you will do

  • Sell current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and assigned accounts.
  • Explain clinical efficacy and customer value propositions while providing approved clinical support and information.
  • Analyze business opportunities, prospect within accounts, and develop account strategies with the District Manager and internal partners.
  • Create customer-specific pre-call and post-call plans using approved materials and marketing tools.
  • Expand penetration of new and existing accounts, negotiate sales, and close orders to meet objectives.
  • Discuss access and reimbursement options compliantly to improve sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as necessary, including overnight and weekend travel.
  • At least two years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic, biotech, or medical device sales experience, or recent transition from active-duty military service.
  • Residence in the Cleveland–Pittsburgh geography or willingness to relocate there.
  • Strong communication, customer relationship-building, sales planning, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

  • Specialty sales experience and knowledge of solid tumors and oncology.
  • Hospital and large-account sales experience.
  • Experience with complex reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D.
  • Documented successful sales performance in a competitive environment.
  • Interest in applying emerging technologies such as AI.
