Service Manager (Automotive)

Location: Castle Rock, United States; onsite automotive service role

Salary: $22.66–$33.99 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus of $1,000 after 30 days and $1,000 after 90 days.

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships, inquiries, feedback, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Assign and schedule work for automotive service staff based on skill levels.
• Lead, recruit, train, coach, and supervise vehicle technicians.
• Oversee service quality, customer satisfaction, teammate retention, and compliance with company standards.
• Manage store operations including paperwork, inventory, equipment maintenance, financial transactions, and policy adherence.
• Support sales through vehicle inspections, customer interactions, and coordination between front- and back-of-shop teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of automotive service technical experience.
• At least one year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Leadership, coaching, recruitment, customer service, and communication skills.
• Valid automotive driver's license required at all times for customer vehicle test drives.

Nice to have

• Two-year degree or equivalent.
• Current knowledge of automotive repair issues and willingness to continue education.
