Tire Supervisor (Automotive)

Salary: $20.50–$25.63 per hour; $1,000 sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Supervise tire bay team members, scheduling, staffing, training, performance reviews, and day-to-day operations.
• Install, sell, repair, mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires while ensuring safe and compliant procedures.
• Maintain tire bay equipment, inventory, displays, records, audits, checklists, and the waiting area.
• Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and resolve member concerns in coordination with relevant teams.
• Monitor sales transactions, cash handling where applicable, propane tank procedures, and tire disposal.
• Ensure team certifications, Michelin training, policies, safety standards, and required documentation are completed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks, and tire bay equipment.
• Leadership ability, including supervising teams, training employees, communicating results, and supporting development.
• Basic computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift more than 30 pounds with assistance and work around vehicles, machinery, weather, noise, and cleaning chemicals.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or college degree.
• Prior tire installation and sales experience.
• Level 400 certified technician status.
