(USA) Tire and Battery Center Team Leader

Location: Onsite at 14050 Worth Ave, Woodbridge, Virginia 22192, United States

Salary: $24.00–$32.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Supervise the Tire and Battery Center team and deliver the department business plan.
• Ensure safe, efficient tire and battery services, compliance with operating standards, and high-quality member service.
• Maintain expertise in tire service, battery service, TPMS, recalls, product specifications, equipment operations, and seasonality.
• Train associates on products, technologies, procedures, and required learning programs.
• Use handheld and digital tools to support sales, service decisions, safety alerts, product information, and training.
• Manage inventory, equipment, supplies, scheduling, transactions, documentation, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of supervisory experience or 6 months of experience in the automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
• Ability to work onsite at the Woodbridge, Virginia Sam's Club location.
• Ability to support safety, compliance, ethics, customer service, and team development standards.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience in the tire industry.
• Tire industry certification.
