Auto Care Center Coach (Automotive)

Location: Onsite in Hardeeville, South Carolina, United States

Salary: $65,000–$100,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and applicable pay differentials.

What you will do

• Drive sales, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, inventory levels, and merchandise presentation in the Auto Care Center.
• Provide customer service, support purchasing decisions, process service orders, explain automotive products and services, and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate technician training and certification, vehicle staging, service workflows, and daily automotive operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe, and compliant sales and service areas, including environmental disposal processes for batteries, tires, and oil.
• Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign, and recognize associates while building an accountable and inclusive team.
• Implement company policies, action plans, ethics standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer-focused business practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive service or a service-industry field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete required trainings and assessments.
• Firearms-related background checks, training, or state certification may be required at facilities selling firearms or ammunition.

Nice to have

• ASE certification.
• Automotive certification from an Automotive Technical Institute.
• Experience in automotive service or a related service-industry field.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
