Warehouse Operations & Analytics Co-Op – Spring 2026 (CAR-T Manufacturing) (Supply Chain Analytics/Warehouse Operations): Analyzing warehouse and logistics data, building dashboards, and supporting capacity planning and process optimization in a regulated CAR-T manufacturing environment with an accent on inventory control, operational analytics, and material flow. Focus on modeling warehouse capacity, mapping processes, identifying operational risks, and coordinating continuous improvement projects across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and warehouse teams.

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States. Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

  • Analyze warehouse and logistics data to identify trends, inventory risks, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, automated reports, KPIs, and visual management tools using analytics platforms.
  • Support warehouse expansion and manufacturing growth through capacity modeling, resource planning, workflow analysis, and operational readiness assessments.
  • Conduct process mapping, time studies, and material flow analyses to improve warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Warehouse Operations on strategic and continuous improvement projects.
  • Lead project meetings, coordinate stakeholder communications, and complete assigned deliverables.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Logistics, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Minimum junior standing at an accredited university.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with supply chain analytics, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics planning, forecasting, or capacity modeling.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, process mapping, or operational excellence.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, VBA, Power Query, dashboard development, or reporting automation.
  • Interest in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cell therapy, or regulated supply chains.
