Co-op, Procurement: January - June 2027 (Onsite)

Location: Onsite in Acton, Massachusetts, United States. Position dates: January 11, 2027 – June 30, 2027. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer-based visa sponsorship.

Annual base salary: $25.00–$34.00. The position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support purchasing, purchase orders, supply planning, and procurement operations for direct materials.
• Assist with supplier management, supplier performance initiatives, sourcing, RFx activities, and supplier qualification.
• Collect, analyze, and report procurement spend data, including CBOM analysis and costing support.
• Develop spend analytics, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Track cost-reduction initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supplier Quality, and Finance.
• Prepare presentations and business updates for leadership reviews, supplier meetings, and procurement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, charting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employer-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Previous co-op, internship, or relevant project experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and manufacturing environments.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
