Procurement Solutions – Process Development Co-Op

What you will do

• Map and improve purchasing and payment workflows across Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Support program management through project timelines, task tracking, and status updates.
• Build reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Assist with automation pilots using Power Automate and Copilot.
• Prepare summaries and presentations for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least sophomore-level coursework completed by the start of the co-op; junior or senior standing preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, organizational, written-communication, and independent-working skills.
• Available for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., January through June.
• Must not require hirify.global immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or process-mapping tools.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
