Planner Specialist (Semiconductor)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite only

What you will do

• Manage shipment estimates and coordinate with planning teams to align supply with customer demand and Product Group revenue plans.
• Manage RISO and unscheduled backlogs, improve shipment dates against customer committed request dates, and maximize weekly customer shipments.
• Monitor and improve customer on-time delivery performance.
• Support worldwide Sales, Marketing, and customer service representatives in demand fulfillment.
• Develop capacity understanding for assembly and test operations, manage work-in-progress positioning, and optimize days of inventory.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve planning, scheduling, and shipment issues while monitoring output against quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in complex supply chain planning organizations.
• Experience with inventory control and management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
