Sr Manager - Production (Semiconductor Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead a team of Strategic Capacity PMs responsible for component-level demand and capacity models across product lines, technology nodes, manufacturing flows, and planning horizons.
• Report capacity gaps, risks, constraints, qualification status, recovery progress, and escalation risks to leadership through dashboards and KPIs.
• Develop scenario-based models for market shifts and support executive capacity decisions.
• Build qualification roadmaps aligned with portfolio demand, NPI timing, capacity availability, and scale requirements.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, suppliers, and OSAT partners to evaluate capacity expansion and investment trade-offs.
• Train and mentor the team while establishing engineering-focused problem solving, governance, automation, and review practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning, or operations, including at least 5 years of direct leadership.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication and supply chain processes with program management experience.
• Experience identifying systemic bottlenecks, conducting data-driven root cause analysis, and driving solutions across engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and planning teams.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills using Excel, VCO, AI Optimization, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• PMP and/or Six Sigma certification.
• Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods.
• Talend development experience.
