Account Manager - carsales Instant Offer

Location: Melbourne, VIC, Australia; hybrid working with remote flexibility and in-person collaboration. Successful candidates must have full-time Australian working rights.

What you will do

• Manage a national portfolio of Instant Offer dealer partners as the main point of contact.
• Meet with dealer clients regularly to support program compliance and uphold service agreements.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, team members, and internal stakeholders.
• Use meetings and reporting to promote best practices and improve partner performance.
• Develop solutions and refine operational processes to maximise partner and program success.

Requirements

• Demonstrated account management expertise.
• Proven experience in sales or performance management with a strong record of achieving KPIs.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Ability to resolve issues efficiently through to completion.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with automotive dealership operations.
